See attachment 1 - SOW for the minimum salient characteristics. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials, containers, equipment, and transportation necessary to dispose of grease in containers at various location approximately every 5 weeks. Periodically perform disposal of 100-gallon containers filled no more than 2/3 full of cooking oil. Food service grease containers are located at 3 locations on Minot AFB, ND.
