The Minot Airforce Base is requesting a quote for Mobile Shelving Units. 3 track-mounted rolling shelving units measuring approximately 48 13/16-inches wide, 17ft 4-inches long, and 84-inches tall, with a 36-inch walkway. Vendor will construct 3 mobile shelves with the capability to lock. These shelves will have a mechanical handle on one end to control the movement of each shelving unit. Units or tracks will have a physical stop preventing the shelves from inadvertently becoming derailed from the track at each end. There will be 3 shelves per unit without a divider in the middle to utilize the full 48 13/16 inches from front to back. The vendor will construct and install 2EA stationary shelving units on each end measuring 24-inches wide, 99-inches long and 84 1/8-inches tall. The overall construction will not exceed 19ft 11 3/16-inches by 17ft 4-inches and 90 3/16-inches tall. Except for the handles for moving the units. The units and tracks will be supplied, assembled, and installed by the vendor and warrantied for at least One year from the date of installation. Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: All quotes should be valid until 30 September 2024 as funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please see attached documents for more details.
