The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to remove existing hydraulic systems and install complete electric over hydraulic load sensing system with three channel electric spreader control and constant mesh PTO. Mount and plumb s/s v-box spreader. Truck is a 2012 International DuraStar 5-Ton Dump 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision to meet all of the following requirements: All components shall be equal to or better than the items listed below with no exceptions: • Provide and Install certified Cirus Black Tip Twin-Meerkat/ spreader Plow Control with seat mount • Provide and Install certified Cirus EZ spread 3- channel electric spreader control with mounting bracket • Provide and Install 75cc load sensing pump with constant mesh PTO transmission mounted • Provide and Install Sauer Danfoss valve assembly • Provide and Install 35 gallon stainless steel tank enclosure • Provide and Install Low/ hot oil alarm system • Provide and Install all required hoses to spreader and plow • Provide and Install LED spreader light • Spreader to be mounted on 4x4 treated lumber • Provide and Install Stainless steel tail gate latching assembly added to spreader Parts provided by Government to be installed by contractor: • Install Everest tilt hitch and Everest RM132TE36S snowplow Any adjacent areas dissembled, damaged, or removed by the contractor during installation shall be properly repaired by the contractor at no expense to the Government. Any and all debris / trash generated by this project shall be removed and properly disposed of off base by the contractor. The contractor or his representative (QAP) shall be on site during duty hours or the hours of work being accomplished. The contractor shall coordinate the time that work will be accomplished with the points of contact listed below. The contractor shall be responsible for daily clean up at the work site and complete restoration of the area after completion of the work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, applicable building codes and standards, NEC, NFPA, BOCA, & CABO, and OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA) codes.
