This Sources Sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential manufacturing sources and to determine if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, transportation, supplies and materials and perform all work necessary to apply markings on all airfield pavements located on Joint Base McGuire- Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). The scope of work shall also include runway rubber removal, friction testing, and paint removal. The physical work site parameters encompass all airfield pavement areas to include but not limited to: runways, taxiways, parking aprons, streets, and parking lots. This scope of work does not include areas outside the airfield areas. For a complete listing of requirements please see the attached PWS.
