Supply and deliver to Fire Station #3 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, twenty four (24) High Cut Ballistic Helmets and twenty four (24) Rescue Task Force Kits: High Cut Ballistic Helmets (24): Helmets must be high cut with a WILCOX Shroud, Velcro kit, dial retention liner and four-point adjustable chinstrap system, one (1) HHC light and siderails. Color must be black and must weigh no more than 4 pounds. Sizes must all be Large/Extra Large with label and upgraded to the seven (7) pad gel system. Must meet National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standard level IIIA for nine (9) millimeter and forty four (.44) magazine. Rescue Task Force Kits (24): Vests must be National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standard 0101.06 and be level IIIA. Each vest must be supplied with two (2) black background white lettering “FIRE” Velcro placards and two (2) black background white lettering “MEDIC” Velcro placards, one (1) black medical plus pouch, one (1) black radio pouch and one (1) black gear bag. Sizes must be universal “one size fits all” Each kit must have one (1) Front and one (1) back Armor inserts and must be eleven (11) inches by fourteen (14) inches and two (2) side armor inserts must be five (5) inches by fifteen (15) inches, two (2) 4401 NIJ Certified level IV stand-alone plates; single curve; shooter cut; ten (10.0) inches by twelve (12.0) inches; 7.4 pounds and two (2) PAIR composite ceramic side plate NIJIII SA must be six (6) inches by six (6) inches T type at 0.8 kilograms.
