The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase a MX908-c, handheld mass spec chemical detection system for gas/vapor, liquids, solids and aerosols, a chemical training kit, trace sampling swabs (2 hard cases, 100 swab count total), foam-tipped applicator swabs (6 inch, plastic shaft, MX908 50 count), core cleaner and charge station, four (4) year extension of Warranty and Support for MX908 handheld mass spectrometer at end of first year (includes software and target list updates, 24/7 technical support, and product warranty), and one on-site training class to Joint Base McGuire-Dix- Lakehurst. Delivery shall be at Bldg. 3137, Ramp Street, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640. This shall be procured using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
