The contractor will install an already purchased Dishwasher, Pot/Pan/Utensil Washer, Hobart Model No. PW20-1. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure both the Dishwasher and Pot/Pan/Utensil Washer is properly installed at Halvorsen Hall Dining facility at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. This will include moving into location and connecting to existing plumbing and customer downgraded electric circuit. The contractor will complete all final utility connections within five (5) feet of new unit. The contractor will perform start-up and demo new unit. The contractor will remove the existing pot washer to the facility dock for disposal by the government. The new Hobart PW-20 208/60/3 W/Booster will be receive don site. The contractor will modify the existing hood to accommodate the new pan washer. Installation is required for the new custom exhaust offset: 18-gauge stainless steel, 300 series #4 brushed. The dimensions are approximately 20" offset, front to back, approximately 57" of ducting 10"x12", to interface with existing duct. Removal is required for the existing stiffeners bars to accommodate the new pot washer door when open. Set into place the new PW-20 and connect it to the existing plumbing and customer downgraded electric circuit to within five (5) feet of new unit. Perform a start-up demo in accordance with the manufactures specifications. The contractor will provide certified technicians on site.
