Each year, 305 MXG phases out and replaces radios that are more than five years old, exceeding the life of the equipment warranty life cycle, or damaged. We also assess new requirements to the LMR system each year—like the APX6500 for the 305 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. These radios will ensure positive communication, safety, and that the mission continues efficiently and seamlessly.
