Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to support the requirement for Catholic Choir Director Services at JBMDL, NJ in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. 2. Contractor Capability: Contractor shall perform as a Catholic Choir Director Services to support the Catholic Worship Service identified in the attached draft PWS. 5. NAICS codes 711510 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9,000,000.00 dollars and 813110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13,000,000.00 dollars are the two anticipated NAICS for this requirement. The Product Service Code is G002. Business of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 711510 and/or 813110. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein. Responses from interested vendors should address the following items: Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the PWS. Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, UEI number.
