A sheet metal storage rack capable of storing at least 60,000lbs - 95,000lbs of metal sheet and plate of various dimensions. The main rack will be approximately 4' deep by 12' long, capable of holding up to 4x12' sheet and plate stock. The main rack will be capable of holding (12) to (19) individual pallets with a minimum of 4” spacing between pallets. Each of the individual pallets must be capable of being added to and removed from the main rack by forklift. The specification of each individual pallet will have the approximate dimensions: 54” depth, 150” length, and having minimum weight capacity of 5,000 lbs of uniform load capacity without any negative bow. Each Rack & pallet must have labeled load capacity. Price includes shipping and installation. The sheet metal storage racks will replace the wooden racks that 22 LRS currently uses and free up valuable floor space. The flat steel racks will have fork tunnels that will allow loads to be safely and securely moved by forklift which will increase efficiency and safety. The current wood racks create unnecessary safety hazards and risk of injury for 22 LRS personnel.
