This solicitation, FY18-F2Z3961084AW02- Caterpillar Engine, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
