Container must be durable, user-configurable, and securable for transport and storage of government property. Container must have external dimensions equaling but not exceeding the following: L: 88”, W: 108”, H: 92”; with four access doors -- two on each 88” side. Container must have a partition wall installed in the center to subdivide the container into two separate compartments, with shelf track rails installed in both compartments. Container must provide restraints or attach points for securing aircraft tires or other bulk cargo.
