This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY22-F2Z2952054AW02- TORQUE MACHINE (WHEEL & TIRE), is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 333318 with a size standard of 1000 Emp. The subject RFQ number is: FY22-F2Z2952054AW02- TORQUE MACHINE (WHEEL & TIRE). McConnell AFB, KS 67221-3702 plans to acquire the following project: TORQUE MACHINE (WHEEL & TIRE) The RFQ consists of the following brand name requirement: Bauer Model 8731-101 Wheel Assembly Torquing System. Technical acceptability shall be determined by the government. Failure to quote on all CLINs may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration.
