The 22d Contracting Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base is seeking contractors to professionally install frosted window tinting on thirteen exterior windows of the Mission Planning Cell. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment, using film equivalent to SX-1002 (Clear Sand Blast) or an approved equal. Work must minimize disruption and maintain the facility's operational integrity and physical security. Responses are due by 2 July 2026 at 1200 CDT.
