This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 2022 OHAS- F2Z00C2094AW02 – Latrines and Hand Washing Stations, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07.
