No futher changes have been made. All changes have been made in RED, BOLDED, and UNDERLINED. DESCRIPTION of SERVICES “NON-PERSONAL SERVICE” BES Commercial Internet Services: Scope of Work: The contractor shall install wireless access points (APs) in designated locations and manage the network in all required facilities. The provider shall maintain active working APs and internet connectivity. Internet services must be in working order to support the transfer of data between user connected devices and all required service domains. The contractor shall be responsible for repairs for all hardware and software that may be required to maintain internet connectivity. They shall also be required to perform all upgrades to hardware and software needed to maintain these services. Users will report any issues with network access/connectivity to the GBO Plans and Programs office who will serve as a point of contact for the contractor to inform them of any outages or issues that require repair. APs will only be installed in designated areas of The Business Enterprise Systems (BES) facilities based on submitted and vetted requirements that are included in all authorization to operate (ATO) documentation. The contractor will not place any commercial internet services in areas that have not been processed through the GBO Plans and Programs office for review/approval. Installation of quoted wireless APs in buildings 856 and 892 supporting GB mission requirements. APs will only be installed in designated areas of buildings 856 and 892 based on submitted and vetted requirements that are included in all ATO documentation. The contractor will not place any commercial internet services in areas that have not been processed through the GBO Plans and Programs office for review/approval. Wireless network requirements will not be limited to only buildings 892 and 856. The contractor shall provide quotes for installation of new requirements in any previously designated BES facility as they are submitted to the Plans and Programs office. New requirements will be processed and approved by ATO authorities prior to installation.
