SOLICITATION NOTICE The 23d FTS has a requirement to upgrade their surveillance system. Surveillance System must be able to provide 24/7 positive coverage of personnel in walkways, personnel entering/exiting 23 FTS Dormitory, and two (2) secure rooms. The fulfillment of this requirement will be used to replace one (1) broken DVR, provide one (1) monitor, and install three (3) existing fixed dome covered cameras.
