Officer Training School (OTS) requires the purchase of “Alaskan Style” tents or equal style. The tents will be utilized to build up the OTS Blue Thunder location to support 175 students at a time with lodging while conducting weeks long trainings throughout the year. This purchase directly supports the approved “OTS-Victory” initiative. This will be a competitive best value acquisition utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, in which competing offerors will be evaluated based on Technical Acceptability and Price. Technical Acceptability will be evaluated, and all quotes that have a technical rating of "Acceptable" will then be ranked by price. Award will then be made to the lowest priced responsible and responsive offeror receiving ratings of "Acceptable "in Technical Acceptability.
