GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement of Audio/Visual (A/V) Equipment for the Eaker Center at Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHD91334AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment #2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20220826 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2022-0701.
