Airey NCO Academy (NCOA). Please note that this is a Sources Sought only, and it is for the intended purpose of general market research analysis in regard to potential supplier capabilities to fulfill the proposed requirement in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). No solicitation will be posted at this time. This project involves providing auditorium seating for the Paul W. Airey NCO Academy (NCOA), located at building 837, 419 Airey Ave, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The current auditorium seating remaining in the building following Hurricane Michael is marginally serviceable due to loosening connections to the floor and several failing seat supports that pose a safety risk to students and detract from Airey NCOA's endeavor to maintain the high standards and mission-impact of a 21st century PME institution. The purpose of this statement of work is to remove existing seating and replace with high- quality theater-style seating. The seating must be modern, have a cushioned seat bottom and seat backing, be upholstered, be easy to clean and maintain, be suitable for an educational environment, have a retractable writing surface, and be reliable for use through future years. Installation must be professional and sturdy. Contractor will provide a design/layout for the auditorium and 225-person seating to best utilize the space working with the project manager. Contractor will demo and remove existing seating and install all seating per the agreed upon design. This includes electrical/communications as needed. Interested vendors are requested to provide a capabilities statement, product literature, or specification sheet(s) that demonstrates their company’s capacity to meet the minimum specifications identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 24 March 2022. The formal solicitation will contain opportunity for a pre-proposal site visit. Vendors are also requested to provide an estimated project delivery and installation timeline based on the scope of this requirement and clarification as to whether requirements are available on their GSA schedule or if it will be open market. If available on GSA please provide GSA schedule information.
