Barnes Center for Enlisted Professional Military Education AF SNCO Academy’s conference room (bldg. 1143, rm 250) at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB) – Gunter Annex. It is modernizing the existing Audio/Video equipment to support the growing demand for highly interactive briefings and education situational awareness requirements.
