AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Remove the requirement for “An automatic, non-hold door-closer which shall be installed internal to the SCIF” from Attachment 1 – Statement of Requirements (SOR), 2. Add the dimensions of the required Vault Doors (42” W x 80” H) to the SOR, and 3. Extend the submission deadline by 2 days, from 4:00 pm CDT, 11 September 2023 to 4:00 pm CDT, 13 September 2023. 4. The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase Vault Doors and a biometric access control system (ACS) for the LeMay Center/Intelligence Directorate on Maxwell AFB building 1406. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with instructions contained in the attached Combo Solicitation.
