Additionally, the Instructions to Offeror and Basis for Award have been updated to match the SOR. 2.Due to the above mentioned changes, the solicitation period has been extended from Tuesday, 22 September 2020, at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) to Wednesday, 23 September 2020, at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
