The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase Microsoft Educational Software Licenses as described below in the Schedule of Supplies/Services section. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.102(a)(6), a redacted Brand-Name Justification & Approval is included (Attachment 2). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED ONLY TO AUTHORIZED MICROSOFT LICENSING SERVICE PROVIDERS (LSPs).
