The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Software One Inc., 20875 Crossroads Cir Ste 1, Waukesha, WI 53186 for the purchase of Microsoft 365 (M365) EDU A5 Licenses. This award will be accomplished by modifying the existing contract that Software One currently holds. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334614 and the small business size standard is 1,250 EMP. Microsoft Educational Enterprise agreements only allow one reseller to process orders against a M365 enrollment. Unlike from Federal Government licensing agreements, Microsoft do not allow licenses from a secondary reseller to be placed against the original reseller’s M365 portal.
