Please address the following regarding your capabilities in meeting the requirements contained in the attached “draft” SOW: a. Can your company meet the Summary Requirements listed under Section 2.0 of the draft Statement of Work? If so, please confirm “yes” in your response. Can your company meet the Contractor Requirements outlined in Section 3.0, specifically 3.1, which states: “The contractor shall have the experience of having served in a First Sergeant functional role as a multi?level Command Chief Master Sergeant for a minimum of four (4) years, with managerial experience and oversight over First Sergeants.” If so, please provide supporting documentation demonstrating this capability. Examples include, but are not limited to, a résumé, detailed biography, training records, certification history, past?performance references, or other verifiable documentation that substantiates the required experience.
