A FedRAMP approved "communications cloud annual subscription" to a "digital communication management" service enabling Eaker Center, Profession of Arms Center of Excellence (PACE) staff create, edit, modify and disseminate communication (i.e. bulletins, messages) via electronic media platforms to individual subscribers of our products (documents and media), services (facilitated and self-paced learning content), and content (news articles and course schedules). This requirement is for a base year plus three (3) one-year options. Base year period of performance will be 3 Sep 20 - 2 Sep 20.
