The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the repair of rooms in Building 1410 at Maxwell AFB - Gunter Annex in accordance with the attached "DRAFT" specifications and drawings (see Attachment 1 and Attachment 2). This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract with a magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. This solicitation is expected to be a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 236220 and the small business size-standard of $45M. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition acquisition and made available on the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov, on or about 14 December 2023, a projected site visit scheduled on or about 21 December 2023, a projected submission deadline on or about 4 January 2024, and an anticipated project completion date of 120 days after the government issues the Notice to Proceed. Paper copies will not be made available. There will be no amount charged for solicitation documents and respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to the official solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
