The system provides signals or messaging appropriate to Force Protection Conditions, watches, warnings, evacuations routes, and other alerting information to meet Federal, DoD, Air Force, AETC and base specific warning and notifications in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR). This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (Reference-Number (F2X3C55085AC01). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2025-03, and the DFARS Change 20250117.
