The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to remove and install carpet at Bldg. 144, Maxwell Club, Maxwell AFB, AL 36012. A site visit is scheduled for Friday June 16th, at 8:00 Central Daylight Time (CDT). All vendors interested in attending the site visit must submit a request via email to SrA Chase Flowers at chase.flowers@us.af.mil and Mr. Darrell Ladnier at darrell.ladnier@us.af.mil. Request must include the names, company, titles and telephone numbers of the individuals that will be attending. The request must be submitted not later than 4:00 PM CDT on June 14th, 2023. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where performance is required and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Please see the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the anticipated scope of work.
