The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for a contractor to install network ports/outlets in designated locations and act as the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for three (3) geographically separated dining facilities. The provider shall maintain active working ports/outlets and internet connectivity. The ISP services must be in working order to support the transfer of data to the AF Service Agency daily. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining working ports/outlets, an active internet connection and any installation of all hardware, software. The contractor shall be responsible for repairs for all hardware and software that will be required to maintain internet connectivity. They shall also be required for all upgrades, hardware and software, needed to maintain the service. The dining facility managers will monitor the working condition of ports/outlets and internet services and will contact provider for needed repairs.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources in Internet Services that are capable of performing specific tasks laid out in the attached Statement of Objective (SOO). Therefore, the Government is requesting that interested concerns with backgrounds in Internet Services furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address. (2) Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc. under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 517312 which contains a size standard of 1,500 employees. (3) Provide white paper outlining company’s capabilities, not to exceed 5 pages, single-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font.
