This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2X3B25076A001 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment 1) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2024-10-16.
