This will be a competitive best value acquisition utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in which competing offerors will be evaluated based on Technical Acceptability and Price for the K9 Turfpad Requirement. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with all instructions contained in the solictation. Failure to do so may result in an offeror being determined non-responsive and ineligible for award. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract.

This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314110 and the small business size is 1,500 EMP. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside made available on the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov, on or about 9 July 2024. Paper copies will not be available.
