The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission of quotes deadline from 1:00PM CST, 19 September 22 to 1:00PM CST, 23 September 22. The government requires the installation of an automated installation entry (AIE) system for two inbound lanes of traffic with the ability to allow the vehicle driver to scan their military identification card, the card be vetted through the Defense Biometrics Identification Data System (DBIDS), and allow for automated entry to the base utilizing an automated drop arm.
