We are looking to schedule rooms for a USCENTCOM conference in March. The requirement calls for one conference room capable of holding 140 attendees from 19 March 2023 through 23 March 2023 and seven breakout rooms capable of holding up to 25 attendees from 19 March 2023 through 23 March 2023. Please see attached RFQ for specific information. We will require the hotel to hold 90 rooms, from 19 March 2023 to 24 March 2023. U.S government travelers and coalition countries will pay individually for the remaining blocked rooms using their Government Travel Credit Cards or equivalent. Request the individual blocked rooms be held available until at least 48 hours prior to the start of the conference. Please fill out row three on Attachment #1- Pricing.
