This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) F2VAGS0015AW04 number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06; Effective 6 May 2020. This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334519 with a size standard of 500 Employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase of a Portable Vibration and Balancing System in accordance with the attached Statement of Need (SON).
