Modular structure needs to be fully insulated with re-finished walls. Wired for electric with industrial lighting installed. Two layers of 3/4 plywood flooring. Minimum of two doorways on each building, one (1) standard personnel door on one end of the structure and one (1) 72” wide double door on the opposite end.
