This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Luke AFB intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for the replacement of filter media in arsenic absorbent vessels. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 3 days after the synopsis notification. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of past performance, technical acceptability and price, meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards to be outlined in the Solicitation.
