This work will also include pumping of any OWS, grease traps, lift stations or wastewater holding tanks and septic tanks. Please see the Performance Work Statement for operational items and additional service requirements. When submitting quotes please include all applicable costs. Award will be a base plus four option year contract. Please read the evaluation/instructions in FAR 52.212-2, section M. Please also be advised this is set-aside 100% WOSB. Contractors must be certified with the SBA as a WOSB to be eligible for award. If a site visit is requested in regards to this solicitation, please send your request to Velma Wynn @ velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Sara Lackey @ sara.lackey.2@us.af.mil no later than 8 January 2025 by close of business so that is can be scheduled. Site visits will be scheduled 14 January – 16 January 2025. Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offerors are afforded the answers.
