Luke AFB intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price service contract for vehicle barrier maintenance and repair. This will be a twelve month base plus four option years contract. A total small business set aside will be used. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 2 days of this notice.
