Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for Insulation removal and repair at Building 408. The Purpose of this project is to remove all overhead insulation and repair all damaged East wall insulation. All work is to be completed within 30 days of the period of performance start date. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 7 days after this notice is expired.
