This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) for a handheld 3D Scanner System. The PO will consist of quantities listed in the solicitation. Proposed scanner system(s) should meet the needs and characteristics of the attached salient characteristics document at a minimum. Items that exceed the attached salient characteristics may also be considered. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 1 day of this notice.
