This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Luke Air Force Base intends to issue multiple firm-fixed price awards as a result of the upcoming solicitation, providing for shuttle buses/transport vehicles and drivers to conduct continuous shuttle pick-up and drop-off services between Luke AFB and the various parking lots in the nearby areas to support the Luke AFB Airshow on 23 & 24 March 2024. The minimum award will be an award of 20 buses, resulting from the solicitation. The maximum will total no more than 180 buses (across all awards). No more than nine (9) awards will be made as a result of the solicitation, however there is no guarantee that the maximum number of buses will be awarded based on the needs of the Government. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 10 day of this notice.
