Perform semi annual wet and dry chemical fire suppression system inspections and routine maintenance when required in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). AMENDMENT 1 This amendment is to provide a site visit. A site visit is scheduled for 21 November 2019 at 9:00 A.M. CST. We will be meeting at the LRAFB (Little Rock Air Force Base) Visitor Center. Please arrive at the Visitor Center by 8:45 A.M. CST in order to gain access if you are not allowed on base. Please be aware you have no weapons in your car and a valid driver's license and insurance and reistration is not expired. Also, please be aware that anyone who comes on base cannot have a warrant. All questions will be due by 2:00 P.M. CST on 22 November 2019. This amendement will also extend the quotes due date. The new due date will now be by 2:00 P.M. CST on 26 November 2019. AMENDMENT 2 This amendment is to to increase the Fusible Links in CLIN 0004 of the solicitation from 50 Each to 58 Each. This amendment is to incorporate that revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 22 Nov 2019. Additionally, this amendment is to add Attachment 3 Wet Dry Chemical Date listings. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and Quotes remain due by 2:00 P.M. CST on 26 November 2019.
