This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for a vendor to provide 39 Yorkie Pro Wireless Scanners to 38 ANG/AFRC Units. The Yorkie Pro includes the Scanner itself, power supply, charging cradle, 3 omni antenna, DF antenna, wideband DF antenna, cable kit, and case. Each unit will have 1 year of manufacturers warranty plus 1 year of an extended warranty. *Note: In order to receive full payment, confirmation of delivery to each unit listed in the Product Description (PD) must be confirmed.* Evaluation: The lowest priced quote shall be evaluated for conformance to the solicitation and technical approval. If the quote conforms to the solicitation and it is deemed to be technically capable of fulfilling the government need, it shall be selected for award. If the quote does not conform and/or is not deemed technically capable to fulfill the government need, the next lowest priced quote shall be evaluated in the same manner. This selection process shall continue until a quote that conforms to the solicitation and is deemed technically capable to fulfill the government need is selected for award.
