NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SINGLE SOURCE: The 633rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA intends to award a single source purchase order to iSoft Solutions. iSoft Solutions will be providing annual service and maintenance to the iSoft VTC system. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13-106(b)(1). The anticipated award date is 18 April 2019. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 18 April 2019 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
