Option years are no longer required. Specifications must be included to conduct a mandatory technical evaluation. 2 Mobile Offices with a Data Hub and Professional Entrance Canopy are required to replace the current COVID testing tents for Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA. This requirement is for 1 year. Each unit must be 44’x12’-15' with 8 foot ceilings. 1 Mobile Office (BRAVO) will be located on asphalt and 1 unit (ALPHA) will be located on grass. Only the BRAVO unit will need a canopy located at a side door for supplies and donning and doffing. Each unit must have skirting around the bottom and steps included. The ALPHA unit must have an ADA compliant ramp. Power is currently available near the existing tents. 110 power is required. Greater electrical needs is contingent upon equipment that comes with the trailers (heater/AC/ water heater). The contractor is responsible for all maintenance and must respond to requests within 24 hours. Depending on the unit's rating, relocation during a hurricane or severe storm may be requested and is the contractor's responsibility. Utility setup will be handled by base CE. The tents are currently hard wired using AFNET switches. There is no Wifi for the tents. Pre-staged switches are not required, however, the offeror must state if the mobile units have pre-staged switches or if Langley’s networking equipment will be utilized. The contractor will need to work with CE in regards to delivery and setup, preferably on a weekend to avoid delay in patient care. There will need to be discussions for setup options for the Alpha unit to include partitions or walls for patient privacy.
