The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal services for Grease Trap Maintenance at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The requirement will be fulfilled via a set aside for strictly for 8(a) business concerns on a firm fixed price basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 562998 and the small business dollar threshold is $7,500,000.00. The requirement is as follows: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and all other necessary items and services necessary to maintain and repair the grease traps (listed in Appendix A of the draft Performance Work Statement) located Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA, Langley AFB, VA division. Work shall comply with government and commercial standards. The period of performance will be one (1) basic year plus four (4) option years. The estimated performance start date is 29 Sep 19. This solicitation will be issued via FedBizOps (FBO) as well as any amendments to the solicitation. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the SAM website.
