The Department of the Air Force intends to award a non-personal services, five-year Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), task order contract under its Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) mission authority. The primary focus of this contract is to improve Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) and Electronic Attack (EA) by a fully cognitive and automated IADS. The secondary focus of this contract is to enhance and integrate the COMPASS CALL Mission Crew Simulator (CCMCS) into large Air Force (AF) LVC training events and Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) events. The initial enhancement and integration will utilize government off-the-shelf (GOTS) LVC application, Distributed Integrated Constructive Environment (DICE). The integration point between DICE and the CCMCS can only occur through the commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) application “Force On-Force Reactive Tactical Readiness IADS Simulation” (FORTRIS™).
