Request that a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) be established with San Antonio Testing Laboratory (SATL), to replace the current Contract discontinued effective date of 9 February 2024. This BPA is for purchase of analyzing chemicals, bacteria and water quality parameters in the JBSA water system to include: Total Coliform and E.ColiPresence/Absence, pH/Temp, Alkalinity, Conductivity, Hardness, Total Calcium, Lead & Copper, Silver, Arsenic, Aluminum, Iron, Manganese, Sodium, Zinc, Chloride, Chlorite*, Fluoride, Nitrate, Nitrite, Sulfate, TDS, VOC*, SVOC*, and PFOS/PFOA, and Radionuclides . The analyzing and sampling (outlined above) comply with requirements by the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), EPA regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] 141).2.BPA is for non-personal services for Joint Base San Antonio to include Lackland AFB, Lackland AFB Annex, Camp Bullis, and Fort Sam Houston Military Installations. Estimated annual cost will not exceed an annual cost amount of $25,000.00.
